These will vary according to the size and value of your property. A guideline figure for 2/3 bedroom apartments would be between GBP 700 and GBP 1,000 per annum and would include:

• Pool maintenance (including chemicals)

• Garden maintenance including exterior repair and decoration

• Building insurance

For detached villas, costs tend to vary from region to region, however, a luxury detached house with its private pool could cost around GBP 1,300 per annum to keep in top condition.
